New laws from 2025
From January 2025 we are only allowed to rent out for a maximum of 10 days during the summer period
In winter we believe we can rent out for longer but will have to come back to you about this.

The price includes electricity, water, wifi, bed linen, shower towel (not for the beach) and cleaning

We follow Spanish laws and have a license to rent out our apartment. We also pay taxes in Spain on our rental income. The payment can be made to our Swedish or Spanish account. According to Spanish law, we must register all our guests, so we will need copies of passports from ALL guests.

How the Payment Works
Long-Term Rental - Here we take one month's rent as a booking fee and an additional month's rent before occupancy.
Short-Term Rental - We take approximately 30% of the rental amount as a booking fee, with the remainder due 4 weeks before arrival.
NOTE: Paid money is non-refundable.
Damage - Accidents happen, things break, and it's difficult to protect against every eventuality. If a glass or plate happens to break, it's not a big deal, but if you happen to set the sofa group on fire, drive the kitchen knife into the TV, or other less common occurrences, you will be liable for payment.
